A Note From the Founder
Before Preserve was a company, I made one for someone I loved.

I gathered photographs, memories, inside jokes, and all the things I’d felt but never quite known how to say.
I never gave it to her.
By the time I was ready, the moment had passed.
That stayed with me. How often do we carry so much love for someone and assume they already know?
Maybe they do.
But knowing you’re loved isn’t the same as hearing why.
Preserve grew from that gap.
Then I lost my father.
I have his photographs, videos, and voicemails. Things that once felt ordinary are now among the most precious things I own.
I can still hear his voice. I just wish I could answer him.
Losing him reminded me that we don’t always get another conversation, another ordinary day, another chance to say what matters.
Preserve is my way of helping us make the most of the time we have and hold onto the pieces of it we never want to lose.
We may be small in the universe. But to someone, we mean the world. And that is worth preserving.
Everyone should know they are loved. Tell them.

What we believe
- Say it while you can. The best time to tell someone what they mean to you is now, not someday.
- Meaning over volume. You don't need someone's whole life story. A few real moments can say everything that matters.
- Your words matter. Preserve can help you remember, organize, and go deeper. It should never invent your feelings or write your heart for you.
- One person is enough. A Preserve made by one person is complete. If others have memories worth including, you can gather them and add them yourself.
